The first University to Ever Compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans
New Tokai University Asian Office at KMITL
Tokai University Asian Office at KMITL (TAOK), the first Tokai University overseas office, has been moved to a new place with the cooperation of KMITL.  The office was relocated from the fourth floor of the President Building to the first floor which students frequently visit. With the KMITL Exhibition Opening Ceremony being held in front of TAOK on November 14, 2006, the office had many visitors, such as Mr. Hideaki Kobayashi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Thailand, creating a sort of party mood on that day.

TAOK is one of the overseas institutions managed by HIAT, and is being utilized to recruit and disperse information for overseas students and also as a base for the Japanese Language Twining Program with KMITL.  With this relocation to the more convenient and visible location, we plan to widen our range of activities and work to increase interest in Japan by the Thai people, and not just function as a public relations office for our university.
